Refund policy

At POINTA, we take great care in every product we offer and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Returns are considered individually, and approval is required prior to sending any item back.

To request a return, please email hello@pointaneedlepoint.com. If your request meets our return guidelines, we will send out a pickup if the delivery is local, if it's from Out of town returns will be coordinated via email. Once the item is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded as store credit via digital gift card. 

Please note:

POINTA is unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Needlepoint canvases that have been stitched, altered, or damaged

  • Any item that has been customized, including monogrammed or custom-sized canvases

  • Orders placed more than 30 days prior to the return request

  • Threads that have been cut, used, or are not in original condition

  • Threads purchased outside of POINTA

  • Threads exchanges that do not match the current dye lot or are not in resalable condition

  • Threads that are no longer part of the POINTA collection

  • Finishing services of any kind, including soft goods and leather items

  • Canvases ordered in an incorrect size or mesh, as this information is clearly provided on each product listing
